My Term 2, 2020 Reflection
The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is number of the day because I can learn new maths and I can get better and better.
Something that has challenged me this term has been the egg carton creation because there was a big line to get the hot glue gun so I had to wait and then when I got the hot glue gun the head would not stick on.
The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the paper plane because I got it in the hangar on my first try and I was so happy.
The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was a game in the hall because I got to run around because I was born to run.
An aim I have for my learning is to do my best before I leave so that it is easier for the Teachers.
This is what I did for the blog challenge this week we had to do for the blog challenge. we had to make a bedroom or a classroom I did the bedroom because I love my bedroom it was hard to get things in the right place but then I got the hang of it.

2. Jot down any keywords from above or thoughts about what might happen. e.g. Monster says it won’t hurt him. Monster is crying. The monster might want a friend so that he is not lonely.
3. Continue the story on from here using information about the boy, monster and room etc. Have fun! One night a monster came out from the bottom of his bed the boy woke up and sore the monster just staring at him the monster said hi and the boy screamed help mum there is a monster in my room when the mum’s boy came in the room the monster hid back under the bed when his mum was in his room the boy told her what happened the boy said the there is a monster under my bed he said then his mum said monster isn't real but then the boy said well if you don’t believe me then look under my bed said the boy then the mum looked under the bed and said there is nothing under your bed so she went back to her bed and went back to sleep.

1. What event is most likely to occur next?
His Throat will dry up and then he can’t swallow or breath through his throat because if you don't have water your throat will dry up! He fell over and fainted because he was really dizzy and then a snake came along and nearly bit him because he was on the ground but luckily a man came and scared the snake away so that the snake did not bite him. then he woke up and had some water. the man took him to the hospital and he got fixed then the man took him home with him and looked after him.
2. What evidence from the text supports your prediction?
He turned his back to the wind and opened his canteen. He attempted to pour it into his mouth, but there was not a drop. He rolled his tongue around the nozzle of the canteen, but it was bone dry. Frank dropped the canteen in the sand and continued walking. His steps slowed. He was getting dizzy. The sun's rays seemed to only increase in intensity throughout the day. It hung high overhead and punished all that resided in the desert beneath it. Frank was lightheaded. He felt his knees get wobbly...

Tennis Ball Tower Challenge
Today for our Whetu Challenge I worked in a group to build a tower out of newspaper, 2 straws and sellotape. We needed to make our tower strong enough to hold a tennis ball and be able to stand alone.
Today I worked with Carmen and Candace.

At first, we had trouble getting the newspaper to stay and make it stable.
The easiest thing was putting the tennis ball on the top (few).
The best part of our tower was the middle because it helps the tennis ball stay on there.
Our tower looked like... Trash we tried but it did not work out but at least we tried.
In the end, we got there in the end but it was not our best.

This is some things about my cats they are very silly and playful. Since we moved to the new house they have hidden under my brother's bed and we let them outside for the night and Tigger went missing!
